Check-in after 15.00 ǀ Check-out before 11.00 (Villa Eos, Kymata Studio)
Notify in advance the arrival time
Payment Conditions
By bank transfer (must be approved before confirming the reservation).
The property must receive a 30% deposit within 3 days of booking request.
Any late payments will be accepted only at the discretion of the property and may result in the cancellation of this agreement.
Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation if you cancel after booking.
Cancellation of the reservation 30 days or less of the arrival date, will incur a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
Cancellation of reservations 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, no-show or early departures will incur a penalty of 100%.
